Two Genres.
One Machine.
The whole idea behind this custom build is to combine two distinct, fun motorcycle genres — a supermoto and a flat tracker. The concept reflects aggression, purpose-built, with the core being having fun. Light weight, quick, and aesthetically appealing on the same lines.
Our approach starts with detailed sketches on paper, every element made to scale, then developed digitally. Custom motorcycles should be more than living-room models — so we don't chop excess, we work around the machine, changing only what reaches peak performance. Form and function go strongly together for us.

Jameson
Racing Division.
We call our process an OEM+ — maintaining the core essence of the brand while keeping inspired elements relevant. This build takes from the iconic Radiation Green paint scheme Harley-Davidson offered in limited numbers, and the Jameson limited-edition green bottle series — shades of green with an anodized red cap.
Finer details draw from the iconic XR1200 — carbon fibre, racing fasteners, and a dedicated shift light, all integrated to give a feeling similar to what a Harley would feel like. Light on its feet, aggressively agile — this build demands respect and skill.
Handpainted.
To Scale.
Handpainted artwork of the ideation of the concept and the final blueprint "to scale" representation.
Not Boring.
Stance & Mass
A strong stance with mass centralization integrated underneath — grounded, purposeful, and light. Silver-painted aluminium swingarm paired to a racing V-type stand hook in anodized red.
Radiation Green Trellis
The frame is finished in Radiation Green with an extra pipe welded in to create a more visually appealing aesthetic while keeping all OEM fittings intact.
Titanium Bend Pipes
Titanium Arrow pipes — the chameleon nature of the titanium bend pipes shifts colour across angles, staying ride-able and DB compliant.
Speedo Console
Handcrafted anodized-red speedometer stays house the gauge cluster and a custom-fitted shift light — a direct reference to the XR1200 arrangement.

Full
Carbon.
The centrepiece is a full carbon-fibre fuel tank, constructed by 6th Element Engineering using the stock fuel tank as a mould. Not a cover, not a wrap, not hydro-dipped — a full-composite fuel tank made from 6×6 weave carbon fibre that houses all the fuel-pump components and is built to hold E20-compliant fuel.

Fuel Ready
Fuel Tank
Full 6×6 composite, moulded from stock — 1kg dry vs 4kg.
Rear Fairing
Flat-track inspired carbon fairing with aluminium upper plate.
Winglets
Carbon winglets housing the integrated LED blinkers.
Concept In Nature.
Production Ready.
Transparent frosted acrylic plates and bespoke aluminium parts — a clear indication that the motive is to stay light, with an appearance almost concept in nature but totally production ready.
Rear Fairing
Rear fairing inspired by flat-track bikes, with an aluminium upper plate and an Alcantara seat with green stitch detail. Full carbon-fibre construction — see the Carbon Fibre section below.
Switchable Race Plates
Right-side race plates in neon-green frosted acrylic, 10mm thick, laser-cut and curved to sit flush and act as a heat barrier. Held with racing fasteners — switchable in colour, style, and material.
Bespoke Aluminium
Bespoke aluminium parts throughout — exhaust hanger, clutch cover made to look like integrated cooling fins, and the bottom cowl designed to flow with the bike and give a strong, grounded stance.
Light. Quick.
Aggressive.
Titanium Arrow Exhaust
The exhaust uses a titanium bend pipe that eliminates the stock unit and fits into the catcon — keeping the signature bark with more bass, ride-able and DB compliant. Ends in a titanium Arrow Pro race slip-on.
WP Apex 43 Forks
Front fork pipes are WP Apex 43 suspension with 150mm of travel — adjustable compression and rebound.
YSS RG362 Shocks
Rear shocks are YSS RG362 — compression, rebound, and length adjustable.
Oil Cooler
A bespoke oil cooler on its own dedicated frame with a protective mesh cover and braided lines — keeping things cool for high-spirited riding.
+2 Neon Sprocket
Rear runs a neon-green anodized lightweight +2 sprocket vs stock — lighter and faster in acceleration and unsprung mass.
17" Supermoto Wheels
17" aluminium tubeless setup pulled straight from supermoto genes — thicker disc rotors, sintered pads, and 17mm RCB levers for sharp, progressive feel.
Every Modification
Titanium Arrow Exhaust
Constructed using a titanium bend pipe that eliminates the stock exhaust and fits into the catcon — maintaining the signature bark with more bass, staying ride-able and DB-compliant. Ends in a titanium Arrow Pro race slip-on.
WP Apex 43 Forks
Front fork pipes are WP Apex 43 suspension featuring 150mm of travel — fully adjustable for compression and rebound. Front fork covers house the handcrafted front-fender stays.
YSS RG362 Shocks
The rear shock absorbers are YSS RG362 — compression and rebound adjustable, and also adjustable in length to dial in the stance and geometry.
Radiation Green Trellis
The frame is finished in Radiation Green with an extra element welded in — a pipe added to create a more visually appealing aesthetic while keeping all OEM fittings intact.
Frosted Acrylic Race Plates
Race plates crafted out of neon-green frosted acrylic, 10mm thick, laser-cut and curved to fit flush and act as a heat barrier against the exhaust. Held with racing fasteners — switchable in colours, styles and materials.
+2 Neon Sprocket
Rear runs a neon-green anodized lightweight sprocket with a +2 tooth setup compared to stock — lighter and faster in terms of acceleration and reduced unsprung mass.
17" Supermoto Setup
17" aluminium tubeless wheels taken directly to reflect the supermoto genes. Braking uses a thicker disc rotor with sintered pads and 17mm RCB levers — sharp, progressive, confidence-inspiring feel. Petal rotors with a V-type stand hook in anodized red.
Bespoke Oil Cooler
A bespoke oil cooler with its own dedicated frame and a protective mesh cover, running braided lines — used to keep things cool as this bike encourages high-spirited riding behaviour.
Bespoke LED Lighting
The rear tail light is crafted from a single piece of frosted acrylic with integrated LEDs that light the entire slab, laser-etched. Blinkers are integrated inside the winglets. Front runs an LED light bar, yellow-tinted visor, and Harley-inspired LED fog lights.
Fatbar & Speedo Console
OEM handlebar replaced with a wider Renthal Fatbar. Handcrafted anodized-red speedometer stays house the gauge cluster and a custom-fitted shift light — a direct reference to the XR1200 arrangement.
Alcantara Seat
An Alcantara seat with green stitch detail sits on the aluminium upper plate of the rear fairing — grip and finish to match the build.
Lithium-Ion Battery
The electrical system is powered by a Lithium-Ion battery — more power, plus weight savings, feeding the oil cooler, LED lighting, and the bespoke front-end electronics.
