A handcrafted custom sneaker inspired by the Ducati Panigale V4R, built on a Nike Air Force 1 Low and re-engineered into a wearable performance statement. These sneakers contain more racing DNA than most bikes on the road.
Painted entirely by hand — a red-to-black gradient, Ducati Corse graphics, and a V4R visual system blended across the silhouette. Every surface follows the modern Ducati design language, finished one pair at a time.
BUILDLOGY
Ducati race red.
The toecap is painted in Ducati race red, carrying Ducati Corse lettering along the toecap section.
Burgundy depth.
A darker burgundy toebox adds depth and contrast, grounding the red where the gradient begins.
Racing stripe.
A red racing stripe runs across the tongue — a clean motorsport marker through the centre of the build.
Red-black fade.
The quarter fades from red into black — a hand-painted gradient with the V4R graphic blended into the fade.
Fuel-tank cut.
The silver swoosh cuts through the design to mimic the signature V4R fuel tank.
Italian tricolour.
A small Italian tricolour accent near the collar references Ducati's heritage.
Öhlins gold.
A gold stripe inspired by Öhlins suspension runs down the centre of the back tab, with the Dextrous D logo set on it.
Signed in full.
The inner heels carry the Dextrous logo, signing the pair from the inside out.
Hand-painted throughout.
Everything — from the gradients to the graphics — is painted entirely by hand, following the modern Ducati design language.
